Hi Touch and Go services,
I had a penalty for RM21.50 on Jan 9 2011 for KTM transaction
FYI i am travelling from KTM Rawang to KTM Seremban with the traveling fare of RM8.10.During check out at KTM Seremban,the card reader somehow malfunction without the display.I did try to use another card reader machine but unfortunately the display indicate that my card had been penalized due to touching the card reader twice
Please kindly investigate and help to refund the wrong penalty money.Thanks

KTM Senawang
A new komuter station for Negeri Sembilan(Senawang) .I had a sneak peek on this station recently.Billboard had been ready and let's wait for May 2011.
