It had been an upredictable month for me.I lost my Samsung Galaxy S2 to a pickpocket while I am taking the commuter during my travel back to the hometown.My advise is to avoid crowd in the train as this is the golden opportunity for the pickpocket.A bad experience for me.
Now ,I had to switch back to use my old Nokia N81.Life without Android is a bit boring.
I am starting to feel envy for those people using their phone especially I Phone.I already had a plan to buy a smart phone with few candidates(Sony Xperia Ray,Sony Xperia S,Sony Xperia P or wait for Samsung S3) but somehow the time still not yet come to materialize
My working life also encounter a change in organization.I had a new boss who will lead my current group(Something similar to Chelsea AVB).
Looking back ,i feel one phrase and advise that is useful for me."Always account for Variable Change" which i quoted it from a movie 21.A meaningful mathematical phrase which can put you on alert.

Bye Bye AVB
While watching the football game between Newcastle vs Sunderland,came the headline regarding AVB.A defeat against West Bromich Albion had given pressure to AVB.Roman Abramovich wanted success and this is the right decision by the top management
In real life,the scenario can be applied for any company.It's almost same with the football management.Results are important for a success . If a football player cannot perform well, it means something goes wrong.Teamwork,discipline and positive mindset are all important in determining a success.
