The bus competition for this route was intense as they are other major competitor.Some offer cheap and reliable service that is worth your money.I used to travel using Transnasional but recently i am thinking otherwise.Transnasional buses condition sometime is just average.If u board a new bus,it will be good and comfortable.Their bus conditions are not consistent.Perhaps,i should try other bus operator.
The bus that i mentioned is the trip on 11Jan 2013 7pm(Melaka to KL).On half way,the bus driver can stop at the Plus restarea without notification and wasted the time about 30 minuted.This is annoying
