My fastest 1km lap

This is actually my fastest 1km lap at 5 minute 20seconds.I did manage to run few 5minutes 30seconds after that.I am still lacking stamina.Looking forward to maintain and complete 3km with this under 6 minutes pace.Hope to be my year end goal

Egg Apam Balik

It's actually the first time i saw egg apam balik in my whole life.This stall is located in Melaka(Tmn Merdeka Bt Berendam).I guess it's selling for tea break snack and operated by a chinese auntie with her so .Customer can choose other fillings as well(chicken floss and chocolate).A unique variety of malaysia pancake with a twist of creativity

Sam's Deli @NU Sentral

It's consider a budget friendly place at Nu Sentral to have a japanese food plus coffee.I try their soba rice and sushi.Their sushi texture is good but the taste slightly plain.

Sam's Deli is actually next to the Sam's Groceria which is the supermarket for Nu Sentral.Both are actually owned by Mydin.

Worth a try and slightly different new budget dining experience

Hershey Chocolate Soyfresh milk

Wow.Hershey actually had soy drink.I actually found out this info when i purchased it at 7 Eleven which sell it at RM1.80.The taste is good but the chocolate flavoured actually dominate the taste of the soy drink.Haha
