CIMB Batang Kali Bank Slow Service




It's very disappointing experience when I visited the CIMB Batang Kali on 29 August 2011 for some bank stuff. CIMB is regarded the premier bank in Malaysia but basically it's just a bank that that still need improvement in their service.Out there,there are other bank that provide better quality services to their customer


The CIMB Batang Kali counter services for performing bank transaction was very slow.I waited for more than an hour but at the end did not wait for my turn.See pictures above on why i did not wait for my turn.In 1.25 hours,they only manage to serve about 14 customers.

CIMB management staff should improve their customer services.I lost 1 hour just to wait for their services.This is time wasting and its business you can gain or fail within this time.
