Happy New Year 2015

Bye Bye and Farewell 2014.2014 for me was actually a year of exciting changes and joy for me.I actually did manage to accomplish some of my key goals and here is the notable highlight for 2014

Career

I had a new career path and no longer work in Melaka.A slightly new work jobscope and much more for me to grow professionally.2015 will be more exciting and challenging .

Cars-Few experience on car in 2014

~I did watch the Petronas  Malaysia F1 live at Sepang for the second time.
~I had a minor accident with my Kancil and it turn out to be grateful day  as i was still alived.All the car damaged covered by 3rd party insurance and no NCB void for my Kancil.
~A new car currently in my hometown garage.A replacement for the family car

Health and Fitness

I started to jog with my friends and consider to be a slow starter.I managed to run a mile without stop which it an achievement for me .My 1km personal best at the moment is 4m54s and did achieve my goal of under 5m

Puma Shorts

My new Puma Shorts .Buy it for jogging.Could this enchance running performance?Looks like i prefer more on Puma Sportswear

My 1st time @Cendol Bakar Kuala Selangor

It's hard to miss this location in Kuala Selangor if you are travelling from the exit of the LATAR highway.You will notice a crowd at the roadside going to the drive through for cendol.I waited for almost half an hour for the cendol.The cendol taste did not fail me and consider good but not the best cendol i had taste before.Feel free for suggestion

Puma FAAS 300V2

I decided to buy this pair of shoes from Puma.It is the last pair from the shop and the price is less than RM200.(RM159 to be exact).Currently the new series is V3 but decided to try Puma FAAS series shoe.Puma actually provide shoes for Usain Bolt.Haha

My fastest 1km lap ( Update)

I did go faster than my personal best.It's under 5minutes now.I did not realize i had complete my year end goal.Aaaaaaaa ,I m still lacking of stamina.Looking forward for at least a 2 to 3km stamina.Also anyone can recommend good gps android running apps beside endomondo?

My fastest 1km lap

This is actually my fastest 1km lap at 5 minute 20seconds.I did manage to run few 5minutes 30seconds after that.I am still lacking stamina.Looking forward to maintain and complete 3km with this under 6 minutes pace.Hope to be my year end goal
